Our goal at the Journey is to help students from 6th - 12th grade take the initial steps towards long and fruitful life as a strong Christian. Our motto is "Take the First Step" it is from an old Chinese Proverb that says: "A journey of 1000 miles begins with one step."

The Journey offers the opportunity to experience Jesus Christ in a way relates to students in their own culture. It is not a pew changing experience but it is a heart changing experience.

Our desire is not to make good Christians, but to build strong Christian young men and women who will live a proactive life in serving Christ and be a light to their schools and sports teams.

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 'Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.'" - Matthew 5:14-16
