I was just reading Isiah and i really like this part:
What care I for the number of your sacrifices? says the LORD. I have had enough of whole-burnt rams and fat of fatlings; In the blood of calves, lambs and goats I find no pleasure.
I think it means that if just recueve eucharist in act proper and Christ-like on Sunday or just in Church, we are not fullfilling what we should be a Christians! Sure people may recieve Eucharist or what-on but they are not acting like Christ all week long, they may say that, but actions speak louder than words, God just doesnt want us to be good on the Sabbath, he wants us to be good all around, and some people I know say, Well I messed up today so there is no point in trying to be good anymore, and I reply God doesn't ask us to be completely perfect, he just wants the best out of us!
Or I can be completely WRONG!
I have forgotten to psot it before now I am on like the last chapter ( 66 )
The chapters arent that long, is what I realized too. If I am really intrigued about something I will read like non-stop! I used to be relucantant to read the Bible but now I guess I can say it is my FAVORITE of FAVORITE book! because the fact is I ghet to learn about my faith on my own and with the help of my friends, it is a very good book also because it teached you how to live a long Christ - like life and how you can praise God and many other things!
